Ruwanga has over 2 decades of broad industry experience in semiconductor, power electronics, automotive, industrial, factory automation, telecommunications, aerospace/defense and consumer. He has held various executive leadership roles and transformed businesses at three Top Fortune 500 companies delivering revenues in excess of $1B. He has a demonstrated history of engineering high performance teams, driving operational effectiveness and inspiring employee commitment, while successfully building deep client relations and customer retention.
Known for his award-winning brand management and company evangelism, Ruwanga brings light to solving complex problems with a sense of urgency, continually re-inventing and improving processes and driving growth in start-ups, turnarounds and multibillion-dollar global organizations. Ruwanga is extremely passionate about technology, innovation and most of all growing businesses.
Ruwanga has BA’s in International Business Management and Economics from Washington College, Maryland and MBA program in Technology Management at Florida Atlantic University, Florida. He resides in Dallas, Texas and enjoys spending time with his family, music, sports and travel, exploring new adventures.
